technical difficulties
Sorry for the silence on this end, Christians. Jesus and I got a new computer a couple of weeks ago, and I am convinced Vista is a tool of Satan himself.* It was clearly devised with the explicit purpose of persecuting us Christians, and my recent experience with "error code 1714" while trying to update Adobe Reader leads me to believe that that may in fact be the true number of the Beast. Throw in the pop-up blocking monomania of the anti-spyware program (had it been around, it would have prevented the Resurrection itself), and hopefully you can understand why I haven't been especially eager to spend that much time behind a computer, as it's sapped the whole blogging enterprise of the joy I usually feel while bringing The Word to my flock. Jesus makes one hell of an IT guy, so any credit for the fact that I haven't thrown this piece of shit through our living room window goes directly to Him. Praise Him!

Sister from what i have heard, from other unsuspecting users,Indeed Vista may be a tool of Satan. It certainly induces users to utter profanities.
You are onto something there - be sure to say your Prayers before you delve in, dear. Those error codes are clearly designed to hinder conservative bloggers. No doubt about it.
I must echo brother YOY - Praise Jesus for his ability to get you through these trials and tribulations. (if its any consolution, my Mac as a whole IS a tool of Satan) We must take extra care, hence my dependance on your bringing us the Word,it strengthens me daily in my love for the Lord. Praise Him ! And just coming here purges my Mac of its pure evil.
Hail Mary!

YOY: Indeed, I do.
PP: Thanks for the tip. If visiting my blog really purges a hard drive of its Moral impurities, then I think I should charge everyone who visits $70.00 a year, the same as my last McAfee renewal. Praise Him!

...my Mac as a whole IS a tool of Satan.
Is the Mac's sinister reliability and ease of use not proof of this? The way of the devil is always easier, is it not?
No one should be surprised that the mechanism used by a true Christian is beset by Satan's slings and arrows. In this sense, your metaphor is so apt -- Jesus is truly the troubleshooter for all of us.
Speaking of which, the hard drive for Dell laptop I use for work is makes a funny noise every once in a while. I'll bring it by tomorrow morning.
